Merlin Bird ID is awesome. It is a completely free instant bird identification resource created by Cornell labs with 4.9 stars. Upload a photo of your bird with a date and location and it will find matches. From my experience, it is highly accurate. You can download the app on your phone, but anticipate it taking up a lot of space. Learn more here.
